Hiện nay trên thị trường thiết bị di động, dòng sản phẩm Zenfone của ASUS đang thịnh hành với nhiều dòng sản phẩm khác nhau. Phiên bản chính thức WorldWide (WW) hay phiên bản xách tay, riêng trong bản xách tay này có hai mã hiệu mà bạn cần để ý và chú ý để không bị nhầm lẫn, đó là dòng Zenfone xuất xứ từ Trung Quốc với mã hiệu CN và từ Đài Loan với mã hiệu TW. Có thể nói dòng sản phẩm Zenfone, với 3 model và 3 kích thước khác nhau về độ lớn màn hình là Zenfone 4, Zenfone 5, và Zenfone 6 đã tạo được một cơn sốt tron giới tiêu dùng; sau đợt cải tiến đầu tiền thì dòng Zenfone mới với kích thước màn hình phù hợp hơn ra đời là chiếc Zenfone với màn hình 4.5 inch. Đối với những bạn may mắn sở hữu cho mình được một chiếc Zenfone chính hãng, thì việc cập nhật OTA lại khá dễ dàng và nó hoàn toàn tự động. So với dòng xách tay thì việc cập nhật gần như hạn chế và bạn phải thực hiện thụ động. Trong bài viết dưới đây mình xin hướng dẫn một số bạn đang dùng Zenfone có thể thực hiện cập nhật OTA cho chiếc di động của mình một cách nhanh gọn, bao gồm cho cả hàng WW hay TW hoặc CN. Điều đặc biệt trong bài viết này xin chia sẻ với các bạn là bạn có thể cập nhật theo từng phiên bản mới cho mình theo từng gói nhỏ, phù hợp với sở thích sử dụng của mình. Những bản Firmware dưới đây không phải là dạng Firmware Full, nó tựa như việc bạn cập nhật Firmware OTA (Over The Air) từ Settings -> About -> System Updates. Bài viết nhằm cung cập các liên kết, và theo đó bạn có thể tải về thông qua máy tính của bạn. Để việc cập nhật được tối ưu bạn cần biết rõ phiên bản Firmware hiện tại của chiếc Zenfone của mình cho bản cập nhật bạn mong muốn, ở đây mình lấy ví dụ với chiếc Zenfone mã hiệu T00F TW phiên bản Firmware 2.19.40.18 và muốn cập nhật phiên bản mới là 2.20.40.9. Một số phần mềm cần thiết cho quá trình cập nhật trong bài viết là những phần mềm chính thức từ trang chủ của ASUS. Bạn sẽ không quá lo lắng về việc mất dữ liệu của mình khi cập nhật OTA, nhưng để đảm bảo an toàn cho mọi dữ liệu cần thiết trong quá trình cập nhật thì lời khuyên chân thành dành cho các bạn là nên sao lưu dữ liệu.
