NGO nVIDIA Optimized Driver è un driver kit non ufficiale ottenuto a partire dalla suite reference ForceWare, sviluppata da nVIDIA, le cui impostazioni sono state modificate al fine di ottenere un incremento delle prestazioni delle GeForce sia in termini di velocità di esecuzione che di qualità dell'immagine. NGO nVIDIA Optimized Driver include alcuni tool dedicati alla configurazione e all'ottimizzazione del sottosistema video. Tra essi segnaliamo PCI Latency Tool, che consente la regolazione ottimale, dal punto di vista delle prestazioni, del parametro PCI latency timer (relativo alle periferiche PCI e AGP, quelle PCI-Express non sono supportate), ReFreshForce, per il setup della frequenza di refresh al variare della risoluzione video, e nHancer, per la creazione di profili personalizzati in grado di ottimizzare la resa dell'hardware al variare dei game. NGO nVIDIA Optimized Driver supporta tutte le schede video con gpu GeForce in ambiente Microsoft Windows 2000/XP.

L'installazione di questo driver richiede come prerequisito la rimozione di ogni altro driver omologo, ufficiale e non: tale operazione è effettuabile utilizzando la funzionalità "Cambia/Rimuovi Programmi" della scheda "Installazione Applicazioni" presente nel "Pannello di controllo" di Windows.
